Synopsis : The relationship between a millionaire heir, Christian, and a young student, Sigrid, faces a major challenge. The two meet on a dating app and get along very well from the start. However, their relationship is quickly put to the test, as Christian has an unusual roommate, Frank. Indeed, Frank constantly dresses up as a dog and behaves as such. How could one not be intrigued by the concept of this film? When, in the opening scenes, we see a man dressed as a dog and acting accordingly, it immediately sparks curiosity. In the first part, we try to understand why this man engages in such a practice. A few elements provide hints that help form an idea. The addition of the romance between Christian and Sigrid gives the story an underlying dynamic. This prevents the narrative from relying solely on the question of “why the dog costume.” It is in the second part that the horror aspect truly unfolds. We finally learn the reasons behind this fixation. Tension builds with these revelations, turning the film into something terrifying. An abnormal situation comes to light as the setting itself becomes oppressive. The various protagonists find themselves trapped. The psychological thriller dimension then takes full effect. The masks worn by each character are forcibly stripped away, even though they try to keep them on to protect themselves. The difference comes through the character of Christian. The dynamic between him and the man in the dog costume transforms into a master–dog relationship. This is captivating to watch because of its utterly unusual nature. Gard Løkke handles this role perfectly. He radiates a peculiar aura, and his evolution dictates the rhythm of the story. Credit is also due to Katrine Lovise Øpstad Fredriksen for her strong performance. #thriller #psychological #drama #thrillermovie #thrillermovies #movie #movierecommendation #moviereview #moviereviews #movierecap #movierecommendations #movierecaps #cinema #bestmovie #bestmovies #bestmoviestowatch #bestmoviestowatch #bestmoviescenes #moviescenes #suspense #cast #plottwist #plottwists #horrormovie #horror #horrormovies #horrormoviesuggestions - @unmissablemovies
