Cops need more training. I don't think going through the academy is sufficient. None of them are good at de escalation, alot of them can't determain the difference between a difficult civilian or one with mental disability. The need to be more educated and new protocols.

so this man is a JR, but he said they looking for his nephew. so nephew is clearly named after his grandfather. the assumption same name meant his son is police error. Error in like name information is still clerical error by police.
