Do you have anything that helps with physical symptoms of anxiety? Like muscle tension, tachycardia, diaphoresis. I try buspar and it helps with mental and physical symptoms, but it doesn’t last long.

What if you have tried all? Wellbutrin was the best I guess. 150mg though did the same as 450mg. Trintellix was so bad nausea wise.

My daughter has a horrible time shutting her brain off for sleep. She overthinks and is a perfectionist. She tried Lexapro. Horrible weight gain. She’s in college. Now the want to try cymbalta. Wish her doc would give her something else. It helped her sleep— but not anymore. Weight gain is awful
