At the very least my journey on MJ changed my life at most it saved my life. After battling my weight all my life and trying everything under the sun unsuccessfully, I’m approx 15 lbs from goal. I’ve lost over 160 lbs over the past 2 years and when I hit goal I’ll be literally half my size 🙏
