With over 25 years behind them and a legacy of 3 restaurants and 2 butchers, they’re all about tradition, experience and having the highest quality ingredients Here’s an overview of what we tried: ❤️‍🔥 Appetiser plate made up of a trio of dips of hummus, kashke bademjam (eggplant dip) & borani esfenaj (spinach & yoghurt), dolma, zeytoon parvardeh (marinated olives) & shirazi salad (a simple salad). This was so delicious! loved every single dish 🍞 Barbari Bread: very light & fluffy, like Turkish bread! 💓 Doogh: Carbonated yoghurt drink: salty & savoury, very different to anything I’ve ever tried! I was indifferent to this but paired well with the meat platter 🍖 Grilled platter for four: so so big & a ginormous amount of rice! Done over charcoal flames, the meat was so flavourful. The chops, chicken & lamb koubideh were my favourite. Some cuts were more tender than others. Overall a fantastic first time trying Persian food!
