@jamiehp_: Another Hoi An classic… and maybe the most famous bánh mì shop in Vietnam 🇻🇳🥖 I tried the chicken and cheese bánh mì from Bánh Mì Phượng.. crispy, fresh, loaded with flavour… honestly an 8/10 for me! 🔥 What makes it special isn’t just the sandwich though… it’s the sitting outside in the open air, bikes whizzing past, aunties in the shop busily serving with a smile, the hustle and bustle line of customers waiting their turn. Behind the counter, a small army all working together, each with their role, filling baguettes at lightning speed.
