I make something similar: blend 8 eggs, 1 block softened cream cheese, 1stick butter, dash of vanilla and cinnamon. Pour into loaf pan and bake about 30 min at 425 or until golden. I slice it and top with a little butter and a packet of Splenda or some stevia and tastes like French toast. I air fry the leftover pieces to crisp them a little and it’s so good
