Traditional Churros Ingredients For the dough: •	1 cup water •	3 tablespoons vegetable oil (divided) •	2 tablespoons sugar •	Pinch of salt •	1 cup all-purpose flour For coating: •	½ cup sugar •	2 teaspoons cinnamon ⸻ Directions 1.	Prepare the cinnamon sugar: In a bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon. Set aside. 2.	Make the dough: In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the water to a boil. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, sugar, and salt. Once it comes to a boil, lower the heat to medium-low and add the flour all at once. Stir until the mixture comes together into a smooth dough ball. (It’s okay if you see a few small bits of flour.) Cover the pan for about 1 minute, then remove from heat. 3.	Rest the dough: Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and transfer the dough onto your counter or a sheet of parchment paper. Be careful—it’ll be hot. You can fold the dough using parchment paper or wait until it’s cool enough to handle. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes. 4.	Shape the churros: Cut parchment paper into long strips. Fill a piping bag fitted with a star tip (like Wilton 1M) or any large open tip with the dough. Pipe long strips of dough onto the parchment paper and cut the ends with scissors. Let the piped churros rest on the counter for 30 minutes. 5.	Fry the churros: Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C) or over medium heat. Carefully pick up each churro with the parchment paper and drop it into the oil (the paper will release easily). Fry for 4–5 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown. 6.	Coat and serve: Remove the churros and place them on a paper towel to drain. While still warm, roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Serve immediately and enjoy your crispy, golden, classic churros! #fyp #fypシ #Recipe #churros #EasyRecipe
