You guys changed the formula tho at the end of 2023… I have tried repurchasing multiple times since. I have had to return it every single time. Wsh you’d bring the old formula back.

I used to use the old version of the Full Density line but after they changed the formula it was terrible. Now it’s discontinued. Wish they’d bring back the old formula. It was so good for my fine thin hair. I haven’t been able to find a shampoo that really does that old version did for my hair.

Wish you guys would bring back the old formula. Whatever you did to it 2 or 3 years ago, has made it horrible. I have used volume bloom for the last 10 years and the hydrating one for the last 15… now when I use these products, the formula is runnier… and it makes my hair feel like straw. PLEASE BRING THE OLD FORMULA BACK.
