Use a heat protectant please. I like creams myself. I dont feel like sprays are as precise. Joico Dream Blowout is my favorite after years and years of trying them

Wash hair. Shampoo. Use conditioner for 5 min. Rinse. On damp hair use hair straightening/ smoothing / keratin serums. Use another that’s anti frizz. Air dry. Then straighten. This way you get results
