I think a psych evaluation might have been needed. She seemed to be obsessed with the lady who owned the car. Wouldn't leave the car, yelling out to her while being questioned, need to talk to her after arrested, wanting her to be with her during transport, wanting her meet them at the hospital and so on.... There is definitely something going on with the relationship/obsession possibly.
