@angelsweets0: Never early for spooky season 👻 Recipe: ghost cupcakes 1 egg 1/3 cup sugar 2/3 cup all-purpose flour 3/4 tsp baking powder 1/8 tsp salt 3 tbsp butter 1/4 cup whole milk 1/2 tsp vanilla extract candy corn FROSTING: 1/2 cup butter 2 cups powdered sugar 1/8 tsp salt 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1-2 tbsp milk In a bowl, whisk together the egg and sugar until pale and slightly bigger in size, then add in the flour, baking powder, and salt, mix until well combined then melt the butter into the milk and add that in. Mix and pour into a lined cupcake tray, with a piping tip. Make your cresent shaped by putting them face down in the tray with the cupcakes and bake at 350F for 18-20 minutes. For the frosting, with a hand mixer beat the butter until fluffy then add in your salt and vanilla and mix again, add in 1 cup of the powdered sugar until well combined then mix in the other cup, add 1-2 tbsp of milk depending on what thinkness youd like and mix again. Add the frosting into a piping bag.
