I swear by Ortho home defense spray(can use indoor and outdoor)... I do a barrier around the whole outside and spray all doorways and windows inside. Then sticky traps inside if they are bad, which they haven't been once I started doing this about every 6 months.

I put mothballs around the outside of our house. Nearly touching the foundation every cpl feet. I also put some in the crawl space in glass jars with holes in the lids. It helps a ton. Just don't put them in living spaces or near air ducts, they are considered toxic. Also, don't touch w/bare hands.

We had this exact problem and live out in the county too. I discovered the top of our window and door frames were not caulked. It gave all the spiders a direct pathway. I went around the house and caulked the top of every window and door frame both inside and outside. We also use Ortho Home Defense at the beginning of spring, during summer, then at the beginning of fall around the door and window frames. On a rare occasion we will find a spiders and they are everywhere outside. I hope you are able to find a solution.

We had City Pest get us on the quarterly schedule and it made a HUGE difference!! We had spiders galore before they started coming and spraying for us 😩

Those look like wolf spiders. Use to get them all the time when I lived in the country. Spray outside and inside your house with a pest spray from a local store. Long as you keep up on that you will be good to go.

Wolf spiders love paper..We had a problem one year when we lived in TN. My sister-in-law was storing paperback books in the basement. That's where ours came from.

My bf gets mad when I scream but sir it is the only reaction other than 🔥 I don’t do laundry any more bc they love the basement where washer and dryer are 😩 home defense spray has helped a ton! A few break through but not near as many without it

Tempo!!!! We have them BAD bc of where we live. We tempo inside and then about a week later do outside. Maybe twice a year and it helps IMMENSLEY. It’s child and pet safe

🔥 and start over😜 I live in the country as well. Ortho indoor outdoor spray works great. Also I fog my house every couple years keeps them down.
