@imogengracejephson: RECIPE - STEAK CIABATTAS 🥩 🥖   Ingredients 🛒 (serves 2) 2 sirloin steaks 2 ciabattas 1 white onion Butter Rocket salad Sliced cheddar & black pepper cheese Mozzarella cheese Balsamic glaze Mayonnaise Sriracha Garlic bulb 2 Potatoes Salt & Pepper Cajun seasoning Olive oil Instructions 👩‍🍳 Mix mayo, sriracha, and roasted garlic together. Melt butter and sauté onions until golden and soft Season steaks with salt, pepper & drizzle of oil & cook on each side for a few minutes (medium rare) Toss potato chips with olive oil, salt, pepper, and cajun seasoning. Air fry at 200°C for 20-25 mins until crispy. Slice ciabattas in half & toast for a couple of minutes. Load with garlic-sriracha mayo, sliced steak, sliced cheddar & black pepper cheese → mozzarella → caramelized onions and bake at 200°C until cheese melted & bread is slightly crispy.
