Are we watching the same video. Why are people clapping like seals? He literally cut funding from other programs that serve minorities to fund HBCU’s. They just took the money from one pocket and put it in another and you guys are eating it up. Look how much our previous presidential administrations have given as funding to HBCU’s. You guys should be outraged that he is giving only $500M when others have contributed TENS OF BILLIONS!!!
