Nah tell them to actually serve you with a lawsuit if they’re really about that. Cease and desists mean nothing and anyone can pay any shoddy lawyer to write one up, if they think they’re in the right then tell them to take it to a judge. 😌

Keep advocating for your dog and the experience that you had. I brought my dogs to a doggy daycare. They have been there plenty of times, but one time is all it took and now one of my dogs is so skittish. I have no clue what happened to him. The daycare claims nothing happened.

After looking at their Facebook and your screenshots I feel like their story keeps changing? They said your dog was the only one out there and supervised yet he wasn't and then they said there were other dogs out there too? There are other slips too, they are trying to make you fold so they can sweep it under the rug with a generic "but we took him to the vet on our some" 🙄🙄
