Secret stammerer here! You did great just to even pick up the phone, I have many phone calls I’m avoiding doing because it’s such a horrible experience. My biggest issue is also saying my name - what helps me is to say “it’s” before my name or if that’s gonna be a struggle one day I’ll say “yeah, it’s”. That build up helps me get it out so it sounds ‘normal’. Hope that helps💕
