This happened to me, it was this weird dried spot in the bottle I guess. I honestly just got as much as I could on the brush and wiped it off. Not sure if it’s a permanent solution, but it works for now 🤷♀

Yeahh!!’ They sent me a message because I sent an email reporting and they said its a batch issue so its for ONLY that color, so even if they send another itll do the same thing
