@davetaylormassage: Hip massage. This was me demonstrating a intense hip massage which can also be a great way of relieving the symptoms of sciatica. When clients have lower back pain and need a back massage, I will often help release the lower back pain by massaging the hips. I had PT as a 15 year old, I remember those stretches. Would walk into the appts only to be stretched like a darn pretzel, 1 hour appts and often left sweating bullets
