ugh i’m realizing it’s such a toxic cycle (i’m anxious, my bf is avoidant) but if he was to have a mature response like that i would be more than happy to understand & work through the hurt we caused each other but he continues to punish me or pull away completely.

My ex hide a dinner with a woman. When I found the receipt on my seat in the car, I was eventually told. I need time. You’re saying I don’t make you feel safe. I said you lied to me that night. He said yes I lied but you wouldn’t understand and he was about to give up the holiday together bc he needed time bc I was “attacking” who he is. Eventually got ghosted with no explanation 2 weeks later after 3.5 years today without telling me he was leaving. 🤷🏼♀
