I’m a former prosecutor that watched the whole trial and I could not disagree more about “rushing her”. The fact that she hadn’t decided was absurd. She and her defense counsel knew on day 1 of her trial she’d be asked whether she wanted to testify or not. The judge gave her and her team plenty of time.

Setting up the tv “repair” appointment, the tv being code, and that appointment being an alibi for her precious daughter—I would have inferred she was the one who set it up because she was in on it beforehand

I agree that the evidence for 1st degree is thin, but the reasoning for calling it thin wasn’t presented in this filing lol juror misconduct rarely gets you anywhere, the judge forcing her to make a decision on testifying might though.
