@kiwilondongirl: Believe me when I tell you… there is no such thing as a casual chat in interviewing. Even if it feels casual, it is not. You still need to make sure you land all your points and pitch yourself as the must hire candidate. Don’t fall into the trap of wanting to feel comfortable in the interview.
