your scalp is dry and is fighting for oil production ,so it produces oil as a scalp protection so start doing hot oil treatments once a week ! the very thing that you hate is the very thing that will fix the problem! trust me im a natural hair stylist

Ask your dermatologist for accutane microdose to take weekly. Oil reduction for face (less visible pores) and hair. You’ll go from what you have now to shampoo once a week

When you wash your hairs ,shampoo your hairs twice . the first shampoo cleans your scalp and the second shampoo nourishes your scalp and when you shampoo your hair for the second time leave it on your hairs for like about 5 minutes . My hairs were so oily for years ,after washing my hairs this way it has been a game changer for me 😍😍😍

I had this EXACT problem and solved it! Nothing used to work and hair training was worse. Now I used rosemary water on my roots right after washing my hair and oils 1h before washing them. No more greasy mess. I take my scalp health way more seriously too. I do one every two weeks a scalp mask
