I needed to hear this today. I started eft tapping and have been really trying to work on my self concept and everything. I have been in no contact with my sp for almost a year and want him back. So I’ve really been trying to focus on me/self and not obsessing over him so much and I’ve been doing it a couple of weeks and I can really tell a difference in my mood and energy so far and get compliments/stares from other ppl around me so I know I’m on the right path and he will soon reach back out..

My SP loves me, but has a lot of emotional wounds. I am trying to manifest a version of him that is healed because he ended the relationship again because he can't give me what I need. I manifested him in the first place, but maintaining the relationship and version of him that I want has been a challenge for me.
