every time someone says how good hibiscus is drives me nuts. yes it's good for you but just put the disclaimer to not consume it during pregnancy. it can cause miscarriages in early pregnancy.(if you don't want kids go ham tho)

Tamarind removes heavy metals, fluoride and parasites too. Unfortunately pulparindo has added preservatives, just like every food in Mexico. Even vinegar being a preservative itself, has added preservatives. It's just insane. You have to do everything from scratch in Mexico.
