@caitlynskitchen: Crockpot Cheesy Chicken Tacos To a crockpot add: 1 lb chicken, 2 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp cumin, ½ tbsp salt, 1 sliced onion, juice of 1 lime, 1 cup chicken broth & 1 8 ounce can tomato sauce to a crockpot. Directions: Cook on low for 4 hours, shred chicken, and stir in 2 cups shredded colby jack cheese. Dip tortillas in cooking liquid, fry both sides lightly in oil, add Chihuahua cheese and chicken, fold & crisp the outsides.
