I work over 7-10 hours a week, not because work isn’t managed. VA systems are short staffed, and I don’t have the help. I have to help my worker through the day and my work after hours.

I’m looking for a new job after being given a final written (for my first offense) and HR not helping me appeal it. I’ve given 14 yrs to this company and I feel so guilty leaving the unit I supervise bc they won’t be taken care of, they won’t be supported, and they will prob leave too. But your page is making me feel stronger and more capable to walk away. I work too hard to let them target me. I’ve got 4 interviews next week :)
