This was supposed to be just for clout, but the situation is opposite. I got my heart broken last September. My ex was very goal-centered; his whole world revolved around him being an engineer. I understood his dreams and supported him. But in the end, he chose his future over me. He ghosted me without a word. No closure, no explanation, nothing. I was left hanging. I waited. I stayed patient and silent until the board exam was over, holding on to the hope that maybe he would come back, that maybe he would care enough to explain. But he never did. The silence became my answer. And what hurts the most? I heard he’s already pursuing someone else. It feels so unfair. We planned a future together but then again everything changed. He made me feel like I was nothing but a temporary distraction in the middle of his journey. I gave him my loyalty, my time, my love, and in return I was left with unanswered questions. My friends even tried to make jokes—“hala, wala ka naapil sa future” and it pained me so much. Sometimes I wonder: was I ever worth even a goodbye?

i may always joke "sanaol" to ppl w/ partners, but i know, deep inside, I'm good being alone. I'm fine spending time w/ my fam, friends, & cats. maybe, just maybe, I'm jealous w/ having someone. but if i think deeply about it, I'm not ready yet. I still want to fulfill things by myself.

Since I was a child, I've always dreamed of pursuing college in UST, and just last month, I got a chance to apply— I showed my application to my partner who only said "ay you're just gonna leave me lang pala?" (we're in visayas) that ended us in an argument and him saying "ok fine. I'll support you. do whatever you want." knowing it was fake and forced, I deleted my application just to end our argument😕
