Gotta split the doses up, pin everyday to keep the medication at a stable level rather than taking it all at once. Taking it weekly gives you the most negative side effects because your peaks are high and you spend the rest of the week crashing

The issue with semaglutide is that most people on it aren’t disciplined enough to eat the right nutrition while on it. They just go into a massive calorie deficit and don’t get enough protein, EFAs and essential vitamins. Thats why they end up loosing bone and muscle mass and then gain the weight back when they come off it. It can be done safely tho.

So if you stop does the weight gain back? As it suppresses your appetite so much that your calories are lower? So if you don’t maintain those low calories does that mean the weight will pile on?

If you don’t work out the psychological issue you have with food whether it’s with emotional, mental or medical issue taking this or “weight lost supplements will never work long term sorry but it’s true - got to fix the root problem first

I made a decision too get a gastric sleeve 2 years ago went from 156kgs too 95kgs it reset my metabolism & reversed all of my health issues from being overweight..this stuff wont address the real issues & when you come off it you will just gain the weight back again..a gastric sleeve or by pass will change your life and ends up cheaper in the long run.

Must be nice to be able to afford the $500 monthly though. Wish it was funded for those of us that need it.. I have severe arthritis, so this would be one less thing to worry about.
