That’s Microsoft and his software, Teams in this case not aligned with the new OSX UI guidelines, and not only UI, they don’t correctly integrate into notifications, file system, etc of OSX, very inconvenient from Microsoft’s side

If you want an actual answer: app have different corner radius based on where they’re from. Like Apple apps have different radius than App Store ones and they’re even different if you got it from the web
