It’s a cozy meal that’s easy to make yet packs a serious flavor punch! Have you tried this yet? 🍲 INGREDIENTS: 1 head napa cabbage 1lb sliced meat, pork or beef 2 cup chicken bone broth 3 slices ginger Mushrooms of your choice DIRECTIONS: - Cut the cabbage into quarters. Take one cabbage leaf and layer a slice of meat on top. Repeat this process until all the meat and cabbage leaves are used. - Once layered, cut them into sections about 2-3 inches wide. - Place each section upright in a pot, filling it snugly. Add mushrooms to the center. - Tuck the ginger slices between the layers, then pour in the broth. - Cover and bring to a light boil over medium heat.
