If this bothers you… it’s working. 🎃😆 Black Halloween Eyeball Cookies for Halloween 🎃🍪👁️ Ingredients * 180 g (¾ cup) unsalted butter, softened * 150 g (¾ cup) brown sugar * 100 g (½ cup) granulated sugar * 1 large egg, egg yolk * 1 tsp vanilla extract * Black gel food coloring (until desired color is reached) * 300 g (2½ cups) all-purpose flour * 1 tsp baking soda * ½ tsp salt * 180 g (1 cup) chocolate chips * Edible candy eyeballs Instructions 1. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. 2. Beat in the eggs, vanilla extract, and enough black gel food coloring until the dough is a deep black color. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. 4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined. 5. Fold in the chocolate chips. 6. Chill the dough for 30–60 minutes. 7. Scoop large dough balls (about 70–90 g / 2½–3 oz each) and place them on a lined baking tray. 8. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 11–13 minutes, until the edges are set but the centers are still soft. 9.
