Just remember folks! The more money you make the more stress you will have. I seen general managers make 250k a year and they get chewed out weekly and mental health is more important than money

In 1989, I was a teenager and worked at KFC. The manager was making $57K. That’s about $146k now. Corporate greed and shareholder primacy decided employees should be lowballed! 🤨

Yes but, how many in & out restaurants are there? They have not expanded and that is the reason why they are successful. That is reason why they can afford to pay their managers a good salary.

A lot of the managers start off making the food and are promoted from within. My Son worked there and they are so good to their employees.
