If you don’t have the receipt but you have the bank statement of the date you paid, they will find it on their system and exchange it ✨♥

former ikea worker here, the warranty period on mattresses depends on the mattress - always good to check your specific mattress! usually it's the box spring ones with the longer warranty, foam ones will likely have a shorter one

It is not quite as simple as this even though IKEA has a very generous policy. I work at IKEA in store with customer service and handle a lot of these issues and you can’t get a new sofa or especially a new mattress just because it’s not looking good anymore. We need to confirm that the reason for the issue is something that was wrong with the product from start and not because of use. You also need to contact IKEA as soon as possible if you are unhappy, because if you wait the problem can get worse or it suggests that you accept the issue and we can therefore refuse the warranty.
