If you take a little bit of extra time to brown the butter in the pan before adding spring creek quail eggs… YUM! 🤎 Chili butter quail eggs Ingredients: 1 clove of garlic, finely minced ½ of a shallot, finely minced 1 finger chili, finely sliced 1 ½ tbsp butter 6-8 spring creek quail eggs Green onion, sliced Method: Add garlic, shallots, chilis, and butter to a small pan over medium low heat. Sweat and Saute aromatics for 2-3 minutes or until soft and fragrant. Crack spring creek quail eggs into the pan and let cook for 2-3 minutes or until whites are set.
