Hairstylist tip- apply the roots first then get a spray bottle and spray your hair so it’s damp then run the colour through. Easier to pull it through and the ends are porous so it’ll take the colour easier 🤝

I love the Kristin Ess gloss! You should try that one. You do it on wet hair and I feel like it helps with making sure there are no missed spots and easy to apply!

when i’ve done at home glosses or color conditioners i lose SO much more hair and it feels worse when i apply it dry vs on damp hair, even if instructions say dry 🤷🏻♀

i think it probably was from the brush pulling hair out because coloring shouldn’t really do that. also, make some more and really saturate the hair if you feel you missed any!

hairdresser here 👋 a gloss/toner doesn't cause you to loose any hair. however brushing and when washing your hair and naturally throughout the day you do loose stands of hair. the amount depends on the individual ❤
