@mejulialee: This was my first time applying contact paper and although not difficult—it can be very time consuming trying to make sure everything is lined up right! Here's some tips so you can get it right the first time: 
➜ Clean the cabinets well and finish it off with rubbing alcohol 
➜ For narrow doors, alternate having more excess paper on either side so the pattern and placement of the knots are not all the same 
➜ For wider doors where you need more than one piece of contact paper, connect them where the pattern is grain rather than a knot so it blends more seamlessly ➜ Use a blow dryer and scraper when you apply so the paper is fully stuck to the door with no lifting I’m so happy with the result and the kitchen is feeling so much cozier!
