There is no way that she isn’t capable of standing trial. Just hiding the poor kid after shooting him tells us that. On a Louisville side note, as a native, technically, and I mean TECHNICALLY, “loo-ee-vill” is correct, but none of us say it like that. We say “loo-uh-vul”.
