I used this from a chiropractor like 10 years ago. you need least 5 mins. I had early onset arthritis and this helped me so much. you dont need this. just get a pillow bundle just like it. works the same...been there did that. this is just a scam

So I just returned mine because I found out I’m hyper mobile. And I heard it was notttt good for me. Any insight? (I also have cervical instability and my hEDS most likely caused it and all my head and neck issues for context).

I have had one for a couple of years and It does crack my neck pretty often and sometimes even my lower back cracks when I use it. Mine looks a bit different than this one it’s more solid in the middle part but is the same basic shape.

My chiropractor just told me to roll up a towel and put it under my neck. Works just the same.

I'm on day 2 of using it for 10min a day. I have scoliosis, kyphosis, spondylosis, and degenerative disc disease. Though I'm not getting the relief for a long time, it does release my pain for a bit. I'm curious to see the progress after using it over time
