Water flossers should only be used as an adjunct to regular flossing! Please use regular string flossing to actually get build up off the side of the walls of the tooth!

How do you know what pressure is good? I’m always stressed that pointing it at the gumline could cause gum recession long term.. Although I do like how much plaque it removes. The bleeding now happens every so often and very little when it does, whereas when I started using it there was a lot more. I think that’s improvement! Just worried about recession.
