I got mine removed in 30’s and I personally didn’t think it was bad recovery. It was worth it!!!! I snored SOOOOO bad and had sleep apnea. Snoring and sleep apnea stopped 🙌🏽

It's more dangerous as you get older. (Not a joke.) Risks are bleeding out, infection, longer healing time....you wanted to know, I am telling you truth. (I just retired after 30 years of being in Medical/Healthcare.)

I got mine out at 18, I’m 24 now and found out the doctor that did my surgery botched it a little and has multiple malpractice lawsuits against her… but other than that it was pretty cool
