I had 3 failed transfers with unexplained infertility. All tests came back clean. Before my 4th transfer I did an anti-inflammatory diet (no dairy, oats, pork, gluten, corn, processed sugar). I am now pregnant with my healthy baby girl. The diet was challenging, but I will do it every single time for all furture FET’s. It was the only thing I changed for my last tranfer. Just one IVF mama to another.
