I just want to be me. That's all I want to do. I can't leave the house without being terrified all of the time.
I'm so tired of being scared. 😭

Babez, I call, I vote, I protest, and I donate. How else can I help stop this…or at least slow it down?? I need an actual plan from someone who is probably far more informed than myself.

Just remember, most ordinary people support us. Granted my experience isnt universal, it depends on where you live but when I go out visibly trans, I get smiles and I get compliments. I've never been harassed in real life.
To cis people, smile at us, compliment us, it means the world to us. We go out feeling scared, a small act like that can make us feel so much more at ease

You are 100% correct. I appreciate the reminder that action in person is so much more meaningful than fighting a troll online. Wishing you love and safety during these times ❤

I'm so tired, I went to the mall today for the first time in a long time. Sadly I can't blend in anywhere I go, I'm really tall and I stick out. People have to much hate in there hearts. Idk anymore.

Your Local Druid :
I’m a trans guy living in Texas and working for a city. I feel like I’ve been trapped into being stealth due to how things have been going the past several years (especially since January. My friends and family know I’m trans but I’m stealth at work and I deleted all social media where I spoke about being trans. I feel so unsafe and trapped because I cannot afford to move out of the state. I don’t know what to do. I feel guilty staying silent due to being afraid for my safety.

look into every. single. word. of your local bills, people. you think you’re voting for a bigger library but missing the part where they have to remove books about gender. Vote on every little thing, and do so wisely.
