I was calorie counting and in a deficit eating 1100 calories, while I lost weight… I didn’t TRULY begin losing weight until I learned of exactly this - eating MORE! and eating protein. I don’t diet really, I just make sure I get my protein and eat whatever else I want! DOOOO IT
