What do you do when you’re being retaliated against and gaslighted by your manager? For example: you asked for support months ago and your annual performance evaluation was marked down and now you are the only one on the team who has one in one meetings with the manager to “create a connection”.

What if this person is my boss. Half of the time she doesn’t know what she’s doing and even when I point things out that are unethical she still insist that I complete what she’s asking of me.
