I hate bottle feeding but love when there on milk for 4-6 months. We bucket feed, Its so much faster and easier to clean. They also loose their suckling reflex faster and are less likely to suckle on other cows. Just something to think about for your homestead 😊

definitely not 2 or 3 months way to early they will die they keep them on milk for 4 months to 4 half months

I have calves that are 3months old and have started to eat hay but I always wanted to give them milk until they six months , you are 100% right their rumen will fully developed by six months.
