I’ve never liked fish growing up. Shrimp/Lobster can’t do it with the smell. I can do sushi with wasabi & soy sauce go figure. Just ease your way into the foods you’ve always had the ick for. Can’t wait for future food vids!

Make sure you bleed the fish and ice them. Treat them right and they come out so much better. Never rinse filets with freshwater either, makes them mushy

OK, you’re weird. I grew up in Medford, lived in Gloucester for many years, love seafood, retired to Florida and you turned me on to beef jerky from Billerica. That’s some great beef jerky.
