@adamevehomesteading: We bought 20 acres of recreational land almost 10 Years ago and the worse part was we couldn’t get up onto the land with our two wheel drive ford expedition when it was snow on the ground. We would have to park on the gravel road and hike up in snow shoes. This time around we had to get land that was easy access all seasons as our forever land!
