This is psychotic and pathological behavior and often leads to criminal activities - slander, defamation, targeting, loss businesses and opportunities , loss jobs, abuse, etc. it is not just a personality flaw. It’s psychotic and often criminal. Know your rights and prosecute them. Don’t just learn how to dodge their malicious behavior.
