qualified immunity needs to be abolished. If an officer knows the laws (and they should) and does their jobs correctly and by the law, qualified immunity is not needed. It's only used for a shield to protect them when they do criminal things now.

There should be an audit for all cases where charges are dismissed to see which officers are involved. Is there a pattern etc and if that’s the case generate actions and possible charges to that officer for accountability.
